Through her many years of experience, she has developed an extensive national network of healthcare professionals in all aspects of clinical care, business/financial, operations & sales. Trinity Lester is the primary senior recruiter at Execusearch USA specializing in entry level placements and positions for healthcare companies around the nation. Overall, she consults with healthcare organizations on the recruiting, training and development of executive, managerial, sales and clinical positions within their organization and has provided placement of high quality professionals at all levels for our clients. Trinity graduated cum laude in 2020 from Columbia University and has been working as a recruiter for Execusearch USA since 2021.
